Overhead Doors provided a technician on the same day that I contacted them – both Joe (the gate technician) and Fernando (the garage door technician) were knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, pleasant and each called before they arrived. I am still waiting for a refund check from Overhead Door in Santa Fe. The BALANCE to replace four torsion springs was for $144 before my 10% discount which had not been applied to the total bill. The deposit was for $200. Final bill was $172.60 which I paid. All attempts to resolve this have failed. After sending an email, one manager did call me saying that she would mail the refund and to expect it in two weeks. That was in July. There seems to be a vague chain of command to get to the person in charge and obviously my messages have been ignored or not passed along. On the plus side, the technicians do an excellent job of servicing overhead doors. Then again, there is that missing check…read more

Excellent service. Best price in town. Details: A spring broke on my garage door on Saturday morning. I called Sears. They could not get someone to fix it until Monday. The repairman shows up on Monday (nice guy, very polite), tells me they don’t have spares in town and that it will take 2 weeks to get them and it will cost $500+ for 2 new springs. I pay him for the service call. I then called Lowes; same story, same price, same 2 week delay. Then I called Overhead Doors. They sent someone out in less than an hour. They had 1 spring on hand and came back 2 days later with a 2nd spring. Total cost was less than 1/2 of what Sears & Lowes was going to charge. Santa Feans are lucky to have this service available in town.read more

These guys are fast and professional. I live an hour’s drive away but they still had it all repaired within 24 hours. When the tension was wrong, they came and repaired it within 24 hours, no charge. Both times they were very professional in how they treated us. I would highly recommend using them.read more
